Where a choice of cheese is offered, we have Daiya vegan cheese, as well as several dairy cheeses from Swissland Cheese in Berne, IN and Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese in Austin, KY. All of our dairy cheeses are produced with vegetable-based rennet. Please ask your server if you would like to see a gluten-free menu.
